Our history
RESIDENCE is a member of the Karpathiotakis Group of Companies which started its activity in 1980 by Nikos Karpathiotakis in Venerato Heraklion. The goal and vision was and remained the furniture creation and constructions with high aesthetics, excellent materials and worked with care. The company's products have travelled through time unchanged, creating a relationship of trust with the Cretan public.
